Welcome back!

I would like to welcome all returning and new students, faculty, and staff a healthy beginning while dining at our excellent facilities. Rice University Dining exemplifies the art of the culinary with award winning chefs and managers. Our culinary team is comprised of 80+ employees who are eager to create and prepare healthful and inspired menu options under the tutelage of Certified Executive Chefs, Chef de Cuisines, Sous Chefs, and Pastry Chefs.

We are also very excited by our new website that will keep you updated regarding our sustainability efforts and wellness initiatives. Please drop by often to explore or make recommendations for the betterment of all.

Dining Services wishes to continue the highly collaborative relationships with students that we have enjoyed in the past as well. The involvement by students contributes to the family atmosphere inherent within the college system. Healthy food is the fuel by which we can all learn and function to the best of our ability. Here at Rice, you will find no shortage of options.
