While continuously focusing on sustainability, we have also set our sights on making food more wholesome and nutritious. In the residential colleges you will find 90% of our items made from scratch. While the list is far to lengthy, we would like to point out that we are making hamburgers using All Natural Certified Angus Beef. This natural beef is void of hormones and antibiotics while fed on a strict vegetarian diet. Our certified pastry chefs are also hard at work providing scratch made pizza dough, breads, and tempting sensations. Enjoy!

Catering is hard at work with a new and delicious menu to better suit any kind of event you require. As usual, the service is exemplary.

The offerings at the student center have also been expanded through all retail food locations. Sushi anyone?
